Erwin Tanin received his PhD in Physics from Johns Hopkins University and completed his postdoctoral research at Stanford University.
He studies physics beyond the Standard Model across cosmology, astrophysics, and experiment, identifying promising discovery targets and exploring new ways to probe them. His work spans dark sectors, ultralight and macroscopic dark matter, gravitational waves, neutrinos, compact objects, and the early universe.
