A request from the conference organizers to all CIPANP18 participants: Please use the Hyatt Regency for your room reservations. The rate is exceptional for a hotel of this quality, $104/night with free self-parking and internet, and without the usual resort fees. This rate meets the federal per diem requirement. The substantial conference discount and the excellent conference facilities are being provided to us in return for the bookings we have guaranteed the hotel. Thus by staying at the Hyatt Regency, you will help us meet our contractual obligations, contributing in an important way to the health of CIPANP.
Registration and hotel accommodations are both being handled by CCC, Inc.
Registration fees for CIPANP 2018 are as follows:
‘Early Bird’, Standard, and On-Site Registrations include full conference access (all sessions), refreshment breaks, one banquet ticket and four lunches, but exclude excursion and tour tickets. Early Bird Registration now extended to May 4.
