Anna Malgorzata Suliga

Anna Suliga

Anna is currently finishing her PhD at the University of Copenhagen (KU), Denmark, where she has been working with Prof. Irene Tamborra at the Niels Bohr Institute. She previously graduated from KU in 2018 with a master’s degree in Physics and AGH UST Cracow, Poland, in 2016 with an engineering degree in Technical Physics. Anna will join the N3AS network in the fall of 2021, where she will be stationed at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with Prof. Baha Balantekin as her local host.

Anna’s research interests include topics in particle astrophysics. She has worked on estimating the astrophysical parameters constraining power and detectability prospects of the diffuse supernova neutrino background, modeling active – sterile neutrino flavor conversions in the core-collapse supernovae, and constraining non-standard neutrino and quark interactions with astrophysical neutrino sources.
